What is Banglalink eShop?

eShop is the e-Commerce section of Banglalink’s website which offers customers latest devices (bundled with Banglalink offers) along with manufacturer warranty. It also gives the users an option to buy Banglalink’s SIMs online and enjoy the facility of completing biometric registration at the comfort of their own home! Now a broad range of smartphones are available from Banglalink eShop. Customers would be able to get hassle-free delivery of the products right at their doorsteps with just a few clicks. To ensure utmost customer convenience, Banglalink will be offering both Cash on Delivery (CoD) option as well as secured Online Payment option. How to buy Products from Banglalink eShop?

  • Visit www.banglalink.net
  • Click on eShop
  • Register yourself – you should be getting a registration confirmation email at this section
  • Select a product of your choice
  • In case you choose device, click details to discover more about the device and choose your desired color.
  • In case you choose SIM, please fill up your personal information for NID verification and choose your desired SIM number.
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Select “Continue Shopping” if you want to add more product in your cart
  • Click “Checkout” after selecting all the products
  • Confirm your cart and choose the delivery option
  • Login if you have registered before but not logged in or Register and login if you have not yet registered
  • Select Registered Address or Insert new address for delivery
  • Confirm your final order after checking the order summary
  • Proceed to payment option (Cash on Delivery/Online Payment)
  • Login if you have registered and logged in already or register and login to proceed
  • Follow the 2 factor authentication process which makes your transaction more secure
  • Complete the online payment process and receive invoice through email
  • Track your order status (if required) using your Order ID and registered email ID
  • Get it delivered to the mentioned address

What are conditions of 014 free SIM offer?

  • A customer with an existing Banglalink SIM (019) is eligible for a free 014 SIM
  • The customer would have to keep his 13 or 17 digit NID to avail a free 014 SIM
  • Customers availing the free 014 SIM will be able to tag their 019 and 014 SIM together and enjoy a special call rate of 54p/min (1 second pulse) for lifetime
  • One customer with one NID and one 019 number can only avail one free 014 SIM
  • The Special call rate is only available for the free 014 SIM campaign


Payment Policy


How do I make the payment/ Methods of payments?

There will be two types of payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Online Payment

For cash on delivery, our delivery agent will collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered Device or after ensuring successful biometric registration of the ordered SIM during delivery.

For online payment option, you can make payments using Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, DBBL Nexus, Q-Cash, bKash, DBBL Mobile Banking, IBBL-mCash, uCash, SureCash, MyCash, IFIC Mobile Banking, Trust Mobile Money, OK Cash, AB Direct, IBBL iBanking, Bank Asia iBanking, City Touch, MTB iBanking, and Payza.


Do you offer installment payments?

Yes, currently EMI facility is available for certain devices.


Do I have to pay any delivery charges for SIM?

No, there will be no delivery charges for SIM.


Is there any International Payment method?

Yes, you can pay with any Visa, Master Card or American Express Card and you might be requested to providing proof of identity.


Is cash on delivery available for all handsets?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for all handset deliveries. However, you cannot choose Cash on Delivery option if you choose more than one device in one single cart.


Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on eShop (extra delivery charge, sales tax etc.)?

All the charges related with the product will be visible to customers. Customers only need to pay the Total Amount shown at the invoice after checkout. Therefore, there are no hidden costs.


Will my card details be safe?

Your card details will be fully safe. Banglalink and payment gateway aggregator do not store card information in order to comply with regulatory guideline. Only the relevant banks hold necessary information regarding the transaction. Also Banglalink has ensured 2 factor authentications during payment process to ensure security.


Why has my card been declined?

Please check your card details with your relevant bank.

How far will be the delivery reach?

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Delivery date depends on your preferred delivery location and delivery type.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can easily track your order using your Order ID and the registered email ID in Banglalink website, call Banglalink hotline or contact delivery agent who confirmed the order through telephone


My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

At first try to track your order using order your ID and the registered email ID in Banglalink website, contact Banglalink Customer Care through web chat or call 121 or Send email along with your order details at ecommerce@banglalink.net. You may also contact delivery agent who confirmed the order.


How will the delivery be done?

We have assigned delivery partners whose agents will pick up the order from our Headquarter and deliver to your doorstep (where applicable) within mentioned timeline.


What if I am not there to receive the order?

Someone on your behalf can receive the order if your order contains handset only. In this case, we would require verification (phone, SMS, order ID etc.) & fill up the acknowledgment form to receive the order. However, if your order contains SIM card, then we would require your finger prints to complete the biometric verification process. Thus, in this case, someone else cannot receive your SIM card on your behalf.


Can I open box & check products at the time of delivery?

Yes, you can. But products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in presence of delivery agent (please refer to the Return & Cancellation policy below).


Does Banglalink e-Shop deliver internationally?

We don’t deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, and get it delivered within Bangladesh.


What can I do in case of delayed delivery?

Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery may get delayed and it might exceed the mentioned delivery timeline above. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please mail us at ecommerce@banglalink.net 



Return Policy



Products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in presence of delivery agent (conditions applied). Upon arrival on customer location, if the phone is found to have PHYSICAL DAMAGE or is found DEAD ON ARRIVAL, then our delivery agent will take back the product and return a fresh handset to the same delivery address within 2-3 days.

  • Dead on Arrival will be applicable to those handsets which internal/technical problem. For example:
  • No sound
  • Charging problem
  • Keypad or button not functional
  • Touch not responding
  • Camera non functional
  • Display problem
  • Scratch on device
  • Software problem
  • Any item missing
  • Dead phone

In case of return of your product due to the above mentioned reasons, please provide your remarks in the acknowledgement slip.



In case biometric registration for your ordered SIM fails, then unfortunately the delivery agent will have to return without giving delivery of the SIM. The order will be considered cancel.

For any product return for which online payment is already made, it will be handled by the Payment Gateway. Customer should contact with his/her respective bank for the same. Generally, payment reversals are adjusted within 15 WD.


What should I do if the overall device parcel is damaged?

When you receive your parcel which is externally damaged, then you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end. If you refuse your parcel, please mention it in the acknowledgment form, you will get the product in 2-3 days.


I have received my goods but I do not like them. What should I do?

We hope that you have made a fully informed decision while giving the order and confirming the order to the delivery agent over phone. So we would not accept product return if you change your mind at the last moment. Products will ONLY be replaced in case of faulty ones.


I have received my device but the wrong item was delivered to me.

We will make sure you receive the right product. In case you receive the wrong one, please mention in the acknowledgement form & you will get the right one in 2-3 days in the same delivery address.


Are devices purchased on eShop covered by warranty?

All devices sold on Banglalink eShop come with Manufacturer’s warranty & are serviceable at manufacturer service center, unless specified otherwise.


How do I get my devices replaced (in case of defective item, ordered on eShop)?

In case of defective item detected (ref: any of the DOA cases specified in return policy) in front of agent, customer should refuse to receive the product & return it to delivery agent immediately. Product will be replaced with fresh one within 2-3 days.


How long will it take for device replacement?

Product replacement will be done in minimum 2 to 3 days’ timeline.


Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process

Upon receiving your ordered product, please sign in the acknowledgment form and give it back to the agent. Please check for any condition when the agent is present, as we won’t be responsible for any issue once you sign the acknowledgement.


How do I cancel my order in case online payment is already done?

You may cancel your order for which you have already made online payment. But, the payment reversal may take around 15 working days. You will have to get in touch with your card issuer bank to know if the payment reversal has been made by the Payment Gateway. In case the product is already delivered, cancellation can only be done once the product is returned as it was delivered.


How do I cancel my order in case I chose the Cash on Delivery Payment option?

Please make sure that you cancel your order (if required) while our delivery agent calls you for confirming your delivery address. Please note that once you have reconfirmed the order over phone, you cannot cancel the order when the delivery agent already reaches your delivery address with the product. In case you change your mind at the last moment, you have to pay the delivery charge.


What if I find the device faulty after few hours or days after receiving product?

You are requested to visit nearest manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.
