How far will be the delivery reach?

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Delivery date depends on your preferred delivery location and delivery type.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can easily track your order using your Order ID and the registered email ID in Banglalink website, call Banglalink hotline or contact delivery agent who confirmed the order through telephone

 

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

At first try to track order using your order ID and the registered email ID in Banglalink website,  contact Banglalink Customer Care through webchat or call 121 or Send email along with your order details at info@banglalink.net.
You may also contact delivery agent who confirmed the order.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We have assigned delivery partners whose agents will pick up the order from our Headquarter and deliver to your doorstep (where applicable) within mentioned timeline.

 

What if I am not there to receive the order?

Someone on your behalf can receive the order if your order contains handset only. In this case, we would require verification (phone, SMS, order ID etc.) & fill up the acknowledgment form to receive the order. However, if your order contains SIM card, then we would require your fingerprints to complete the biometric verification process. Thus, in this case, someone else cannot receive your SIM card on your behalf.

 

Can I open box & check products at the time of delivery?

Yes, you can. But products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected
in presence of delivery agent (please refer to the Return & Cancellation policy below).

 

Does Banglalink e-Shop deliver internationally?

We don’t deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on our
website from anywhere in the world, and get it delivered within Bangladesh.

 

What can I do in case of delayed delivery?

Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery may get delayed and it might exceed the mentioned delivery timeline above. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please mail us at info@banglalink.net 

 

 

Return Policy

 

Device: 

Products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in the presenceof delivery agent (conditions applied). Upon arrival at customer location, if the phone is found to have PHYSICAL DAMAGE or is found DEAD ON ARRIVALthen our delivery agent will take back the product and return a fresh handset to the same delivery address within 2-3 days.
Dead on Arrival will be applicable to those handsets which internal/technical problem. For example:

  • No sound
  • Charging problem
  • Keypad or button not functional
  • Touch not responding
  • Camera non functional
  • Display problem
  • Scratch on device
  • Software problem
  • Any item missing
  • Dead phone

In case of return of your product due to the above mentioned reasons, please provide your remarks in the acknowledgement slip.

 

SIM: 

In case biometric registration for your ordered SIM fails, then unfortunately
the delivery agent will have to return without giving delivery of the SIM. The order will be considered cancelled.

For any product return for which online payment is already made, it will be handled by the Payment Gateway. Customer should contact with his/her respective bank for the same. Generally, payment reversals are adjusted within 15 WD.

 

What should I do if the overall device parcel is damaged?

When you receive your parcel which is externally damaged, then you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end. If you refuse your parcel, please mention it in the acknowledgment form, you will get the product in 2-3 days.

 

I have received my goods but I do not like them. What should I do?

We hope that you have made a fully informed decision while giving the order and confirming the order to the delivery agent over phone. So we would not accept product return if you change your mind at the last moment. Products will ONLY be replaced in case of faulty ones.

 

I have received my device but the wrong item was delivered to me.

We will make sure you receive the right product. In case you receive the wrong one, please mention in the acknowledgement form & you will get the right one in 2-3 days in the same delivery address.

 

Are devices purchased on eShop covered by warranty?

All devices sold on Banglalink eShop come with Manufacturer’s warranty & are
serviceable at manufacturer service center, unless specified otherwise.

 

How do I get my devices replaced (in case of defective item, ordered on eShop)?

In case of defective item detected (ref: any of the DOA cases specified in return policy) in front of agent, customer should refuse to receive the product & return it to delivery agent immediately. Product will be replaced with fresh one within 2-3 days.

 

How long will it take for device replacement?

Product replacement will be done in minimum 2 to 3 days timeline.

 

Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process

Upon receiving your ordered product, please sign in the acknowledgment form and give it back to the agent. Please check for any condition when the agent is present, as we won’t be responsible for any issue once you sign the acknowledgement.

 

How do I cancel my order in case online payment is already done?

You may cancel your order for which you have already made online payment. But, the payment reversal may take around 15 working days. You will have to get in touch with your card issuer bank to know if the payment reversal has been made by the Payment Gw. In case the product is already delivered, cancellation can only be done once the product is returned as it was delivered.

 

How do I cancel my order in case I chose the Cash on Delivery Payment option?

Please make sure that you cancel your order (if required) while our delivery agent calls you for confirming your delivery address. Please note that once you have reconfirmed the order over phone, you cannot cancel the order when the delivery agent already reaches your delivery address with the product. In case you change your mind at the last moment, you have to pay the delivery charge.

 

What if I find the device faulty after few hours or days after receiving product?

You are requested to visit the nearest manufacturer’s service center to repair or replacement
